Turn-Around Time: Please allow approximately 2 weeks creation time, plus shipping time. Orders are shipped via Priority Mail.   
 
Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with your product. Each item is personalized for you.  Unless the item is incorrect or damaged, we cannot accept returns for personalized items.  Due to the customized nature of our business, we cannot be held responsible for something ordered in error.  To avoid a change fee,please check your order carefully for personalization specifications. 
 
Notes: Because each piece is hand-crafted you can expect slight variations which add to the uniqueness of your piece.

Some items may be crafted without personalization. Please inquire, if interested.

Rush Orders  
We do our best to accommodate any and all requests for rush personalization and/or delivery. As these are special requests, please call us at 240-426-1911 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday and we will be happy to give priority to your order. In most cases, rush fees apply.
